Co-Founder & Principal Consultant

Twenty years of solid experience in the pharmaceutical and medical device industry across the Middle East and North Africa region, managing all levels of multiple projects, handling different tasks from sales and marketing to managerial positions. Demonstrating effective leadership, and driving the business to a new level of operational excellence, efficiency, and profitability. Extensive knowledge in different therapeutic areas, and solid competencies in managing distributors, identifying business opportunities, formulating and executing marketing strategies, launching new products, and leading PR campaigns.

Moussa Srour
Co-Founder & Principal Consultant

Over twenty five years’ experience in the Medical Device sector in the Middle East, Africa, Turkey, and India, running operational functions, while making/executing strategic decisions. The past 20 years with Medtronic held variety of leadership positions with commercial and strategic planning responsibilities, including managing distributor network, market development, Go-Direct plans and execution of strategic initiatives. Formerly vice chairman of the board at Mecomed, the medical devices, imaging and diagnostics trade association that serves as the voice of international medical technology manufacturers (MedTech) across the Middle East and Africa.
